1. Delivery of Digital Products At vexokey.com, we specialize exclusively in digital software licenses. We do not ship any physical items, CDs, or USB drives. * Delivery Method: After a successful payment, your digital product (license key) and download instructions are delivered exclusively via email.
- Delivery Time: Delivery is typically completed within a maximum of 1 hour. All orders are manually reviewed and processed to ensure accuracy and product validity before delivery. During promotional periods or high order volumes, delivery times may vary slightly.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are strictly responsible for providing a valid, accessible, and correctly spelled email address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.
2. Payment Methods All payments on vexokey.com are securely processed through Stripe, a globally trusted third-party payment provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Vexokey does not store, process, or have access to your raw credit card details at any time. Orders are fulfilled only after our system receives a successful payment confirmation from Stripe.
3. Refund and Replacement Policy Due to the nature of digital license keys, once a key has been delivered and viewed by the customer, it is considered “opened.” Therefore, cancellations and refunds are handled under strict conditions to prevent fraud.
You ARE eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if:
- The delivered license key is definitively defective, invalid, or cannot be activated.
- The product delivered does not match the product description on our website.
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased the incorrect product due to failure to read the system requirements (e.g., purchasing a Windows key for a Mac, or an Office 2021 key for Windows 10 instead of Windows 11).
- The digital product or license key has already been successfully redeemed, activated, or linked to a Microsoft account.
- You simply “changed your mind” after the license key was securely delivered to your email.
- The support request is submitted more than 24 hours after the delivery of the key.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement If you experience an issue activating your key, you must follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:
- Send an email to order@vexokey.com with your Order Number.
- Include an uncropped, full-screen screenshot clearly showing the error message you are receiving and the license key entered on the official activation screen.
- Our technical team will manually review your request and verify the key’s status. Responses and resolutions are typically provided within 24 to 72 hours.
Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method via Stripe. Please note that it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
