1. Digital Products & Delivery All products sold on vexokey.com are digital goods and are delivered via email within a maximum of 1 hour after successful payment confirmation. No physical products are shipped. Once a digital product has been delivered and successfully activated, it is automatically flagged as “used” in our systems and becomes non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- The digital product is defective or does not function as described.
- An incorrect product was delivered due to an error on our side.
- The product cannot be activated, and the issue cannot be resolved by our technical support team.
3. Return Window & How to Initiate a Refund
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
- Process: To initiate a refund request, customers must email our support team directly at order@vexokey.com with their order number and proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots of the error).
4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will strictly not be issued in the following cases:
- The customer selected the wrong product (e.g., Windows Home instead of Windows Pro). Product selection is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Our system detects that the digital product/license key has already been successfully activated.
- The request is submitted after the 3-day (72-hour) return window.
- Delivery issues caused by spam filters or incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
5. Non-Delivery Claims If you do not receive your digital product within the stated delivery timeframe, please check your spam or junk folders. Non-delivery claims must be reported to order@vexokey.com within 12 hours of the order time. Orders not reported within this period will be considered successfully delivered.
6. Refund Processing & Fees
- Processing Time: All approved refunds are reviewed within an average of 72 hours. Once approved, the refund is processed securely via Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer’s internal procedures, it may take up to 15 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
- Return Shipping Cost: Since all products are digital, there are no return shipping costs ($0.00).
