Yes. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe. Vexokey does not store or have access to your card information.

If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be completed and no product will be delivered. Customers are responsible for ensuring successful payment completion.

Yes. After a successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

No. Orders are only created after successful payment confirmation. Duplicate or failed transactions do not result in product delivery.

Shipping & Returns

All digital products are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.

Orders are manually reviewed and delivered within a maximum of 1 hour after successful payment. Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Manual processing allows us to verify orders and ensure product accuracy before delivery, providing a more reliable experience for our customers.

Due to the nature of digital products and rapid delivery, order cancellations may not be possible once delivery has started.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Refunds may be granted in cases such as product defects or if the delivered item does not match its description. Redeemed or used digital products are generally not eligible for refunds.
