Delivery of Digital Products
At vexokey.com, all products are delivered exclusively in digital format. We do not ship any physical items. After a successful payment, digital products are delivered via email within a maximum of 1 hour.
All orders are manually reviewed and processed to ensure accuracy and product validity before delivery. During promotional periods or high order volumes, delivery times may vary slightly. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Payment Methods
All payments on vexokey.com are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. Vexokey does not store or have access to your card details at any time.
Orders are created and processed only after successful payment confirmation. If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be completed and the digital product will not be delivered. In such cases, responsibility rests with the customer to ensure payment completion.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate delivery, cancellations or refunds are handled under specific conditions. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once a digital product has been delivered or redeemed, cancellations and refunds may not be possible. Refund eligibility is assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery at order@vexokey.com. Each request is reviewed manually, and responses are typically provided within 72 hours.
Refund Policy
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds or replacements may be granted if the delivered product is defective or does not match the product description.
- Non-Eligible Refunds: Refunds will not be issued if:
- The incorrect product was purchased due to customer error or insufficient review before purchase.
- The digital product or license key has already been redeemed or used.
- A support request is submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment method via Stripe and may take between 10 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
